Sean has been working as a freelance graphic designer and illustrator since he moved to NYC upon graduating from the Rhode Island School of Design.
With his involvement in theatre and the performing arts, he specializes in poster design and branding for arts organizations and theatre companies. Sean takes the utmost care to understand the personalities and core values of the clients and organizations he works with, finding new ways to articulate them for web and print. His work features a unique blend of hand drawn elements and bold use of type and color.

Sean's work as a fabrication artist extends to Off-Broadway and regional theater. Specializing in mask design, he has studied wood-carving with master craftsman Ida-Bagus Oka in Bali, Indonesia, as well as foam and latex puppet fabrication with The Big Nazo Lab in Providence, Rhode Island. His set of masks for Assassins recently earned critical acclaim in Michigan at Flint Repertory Theatre.
Sean works in a wide variety of materials and techniques and can provide consultation for any manner of props and artisan crafts. |
